Return Policy

jurylux.ro makes every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, www.jurylux.ro does not warrant that product descriptions or other related materials are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. If a product offered by www.jurylux.ro is different from the related description on the website, you can return it respecting the provisions of the website's Product Return Policy and in accordance with the Romanian legislation in force.

Our customer benefits from a period of 14 calendar days to announce the return of a product, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring any other costs apart from those of transport.

Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the moment of receiving the product from the buyer, by bank transfer to the account of your choice, and the transport fees for the round trip and return are borne by each customer.

The returned product must meet the following conditions to be returned:

• Not to be damaged;
• Contain no signs of use (bumps, scratches, stains, etc.);
• Not have suffered electric shocks caused by a power failure or contact with liquids;
• Be properly packed in its original box, undamaged, with all accessories received and tags intact;
• Have all the documents with which it was shipped (invoice, warranty certificate, conformity certificate, user manual, etc.);

CAREFUL!

The following product categories cannot be returned according to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014:

• Products that show physical changes (chips, scratches, bumps, damages, stains, shocks);
• Products brought on special orders;
• Cosmetics, personal care products, home or personal hygiene, unsealed medical accessories (epilators, toothbrushes, dental floss, razors and others);
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed by the consumer;
• Products that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
• Consumable products, which by their nature, once unsealed, cannot be resold in any form;

Consider the following:

• If the returned product benefited from free shipping upon delivery, the customer will also bear the cost of the initial shipping (round trip);
• If the returned product is damaged, has clear signs of use and cannot be sold as a new product we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the price difference between a new product and a previously used product. Or, if it is in a condition that does not allow us to re-market it, we reserve the right to refuse the product.
• Any change in the condition of the products or damage to their original packaging that makes it possible to sell the product as a new one, automatically leads to the application of the return procedure subject to fees to bring the products back to the condition in which they were delivered.
• The reduction applies between 10% and 90% of the original value of the product. The reduction fee will be communicated to each customer upon receipt of the modified products.
• The products will be returned within a maximum of 5 calendar days after receiving the confirmation.

To be able to make a request to return a product, you must follow one of the following options:

1. Sending a notice to the email address contact@jurylux.ro regarding the return request.

NOTE:
After we check the product for compliance and make sure everything is in order, an agent from the product return department will contact you to confirm your return and set the delivery dates for the product return and the account you want us to make your payment to.

The amount of money is refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the moment of receipt of the returned product, by bank transfer to the account sent by the buyer by e-mail or phone.
