How to use the Headlight Polish Putty:
Step 1 - Preparation
Wash the headlights with water. Mask the adjacent area to avoid scratching the painted surfaces. You can choose between the following options: Manual polishing or with a polishing machine. Polishing with a polishing machine will generate better results.
Step 2- Cleaning
Moisten the abrasive disc and mount it on the disc support device. Clean with 3 types of abrasive to completely remove opacity, yellowing and corrosion. Use water throughout the process.
Important: Use the abrasive discs in the following order: P800 – P1200 – P2000. Otherwise, the restoration will not succeed.
Step 3- Polishing
Mount the disc with the white sponge on the disc holder and apply the polish paste. Polish the headlights until they reach their original state (from the factory).
Important: For best results, use an electric sander. If you polish by hand, then perform approximately 200 clockwise circular movements.
